We are now seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender / Sommelier to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Craft and serve a wide range of cocktails and beverages to perfection.
- Curate an exceptional wine and beverage experience by recommending pairings and educating guests.
- Maintain and manage the bar/wine cellar, ensuring top-notch organization and inventory.
- Provide a warm and engaging guest experience, catering to personalized preferences.
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety.
- Ability to upsell
Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience as a Bartender or Sommelier in a fine-dining or luxury setting.
✔️ Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology techniques.
✔️ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for hospitality.
✔️ WSET, CMS, or similar certifications (preferred for Sommeliers).
✔️ A polished and professional demeanor with attention to detail.
