ICAP Executive Search, on behalf of our client, a dynamic trading company specializing in high-end household electrical products and interior kitchen design, is seeking to recruit an experienced professional Sales Manager to oversee operations and drive the business further. This position reports directly to the CEO.
As the Sales Manager, you will assume responsibility for the general management of the company’s sales, marketing, logistics, and service functions. Responsibilities
- Manage and develop sales strategies to enhance market presence and achieve revenue goals.
- Provide outstanding service and after sales support to dealers and customers.
- Oversee marketing initiatives to promote our high-end product offerings.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure seamless operations across the supply chain.
- Lead efforts to build and maintain strong trade relationships, particularly with kitchen studios.
- Collaborate with the CEO to identify and implement expansion opportunities.
