Sales Assistant

What You'll Do:

• Support both the domestic and export sales teams in managing day-to-day tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email and in-person meetings, providing exceptional customer service.
• Write compelling emails that engage clients and drive results.
• Assist in closing deals and ensuring smooth transactions.
• Maintain and update sales and other customer records using relevant tools.
• Analyze sales data and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English (fluency required).
• IT literacy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence working with numbers.

• Confidence in handling phone calls and negotiating with clients.
