Key Tasks

General managerial administration (e.g creating & maintaining databases)

Liaising with suppliers & partners
-
Setting up of office supply systems and management of their execution
-
Maintaining financial records and general bookkeeping & accountancy, in liaison with the accounts department
-
Handling confidential, valuable and personal information discreetly
-
Organising and updating contracts as required and liaison with legal team
-
Organising weekly staff meetings & generally supporting staff development and encouraging feedback and suggestions
-
Organisation of press requests, press releases, shoot samples from time to time and public company statements for the website
-
Devising and maintaining office systems and coordinating the organisation and storage of digital information and paperwork
-
Assisting in various marketing initiatives to support business developments (including newsletter and social media
-
Scheduling and planning of brochures, lookbooks and catwalk shows
-
Monitoring sales and making adjustments to achieve growth and profitability, as well as providing regular reports on performance
-
Market analysis to identify major competitors, potential partners and opportunities for tradeshows
-
Keeping up to date with new market trends and attending relevant trade shows, together with the product manager
-
Working together with the production manager to produce 2 - 3 reports per year on the market & key trends, and sharing this with the team

Maintaining customer database and managing client relations

Management of the press sample collection and all editorial photo-shoots - ensure the relevant products are represented correctly in the key media within an appropriate timeline

All organisation & coordination of fashion shows and other such promotional events throughout the year

General Supervision of staff duties (e.g fabric orders, material orders) as well as regular performance reviews with staff

Supplier payment coordination

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Fluent in both Greek and English
-
Additional languages very much beneficial (esp French & Arabic)

Minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role

Problem solving skills and a resourceful approach to achieving practical solutions to issues

Attention to detail and accuracy

Working under pressure and tight deadlines

Fast learner with the ability to take initiative where required

Ability to work well both individually and within a group

Flexibility to working hours and changing priorities

Organised, hard-working and always interested in a challenge

Fully computer & outlook literate, including Microsoft Package Basic accounting skills

Good knowledge of photoshop

Polite, polished and professional manner

Has a proactive nature

Some fashion/retail knowledge or experience working in the field of fashion and/or luxury goods would be advantageous
