Position:
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Hiring: Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process for all
restaurant positions, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on
HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and
employee engagement.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure compliance with Greek labor laws and regulations,
including those related to employment contracts, working hours, and employee
benefits.
- Training and Development: Coordinate training programs for employees, including
orientation, onboarding, and ongoing development.
- Employee Communications: Develop and implement employee communications,
including company newsletters, announcements, and other communications.
- HR Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including
employee files, benefits information, and other HR-related documents.
- Performance Management: Assist managers with performance management, including
performance evaluations, goal-setting, and disciplinary actions.
- Employee Engagement: Develop and implement initiatives to promote employee
engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Special Projects: Participate in special projects, including HR-related
initiatives, company-wide events, and other projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality
industry.
- Certifications: Greek labor law certification or equivalent preferred.
- Language: Fluency in Greek and English required.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficient in HR software and systems.
