well-experienced candidate to join our Administration Department as an
Administrative Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize daily
administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure
smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Provide support in
scheduling and correspondence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an
administrative role, preferably within the shipping industry will be considered
an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in
English, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional organizational skills and
attention to detail.
