ICAP Executive Search & Selection, on behalf of its client, a Greek leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Trade Marketing Specialist to join their team:

                                           Trade Marketing Specialist (Ref. 5829/TMS/ESS/GR)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and monitor promotional activities
  • Development and execution of commercial activities
  • Know-how of local market needs
  • Prepare briefs for the design of promotional materials accompanying campaigns (POS displays, posters, shelf-talkers)
  • Provide updates and training on new products or promotional activities
  • Close collaboration and regular presence in stores to ensure the correct display and presentation of products and promotional activities
  • Conduct market research for non-fuel categories, proposing differentiation strategies, understand competition, identify market opportunities, local needs, trends, and consumer behaviors
  • Regular evaluation of actions and product placement with improvement recommendations
  • Prepare reports on trade marketing KPIs (ROI of promotional activities, sales, cross-selling, etc.)
  • Manage the trade marketing budget for in-store activities
  • Collaborate closely and maintain regular communication with suppliers and suggest new

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's & Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, retail marketing with a focus on consumer products
  • Understanding of the retail environment dynamics and continuous study of consumer behavior
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and retail analytics tools
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret information for sales promotion and improvement proposals
