Front desk / Receptionist in Luxury Hospitality

We are looking for a front desk receptionist to join our fantastic front office team at Meli Suites Thassos for the season of 2025 (Mid of April - Mid October). As a member of our team you will be customer facing, have an outgoing bubbly personality with a strong customer focus.

We pride ourselves on great customer care!

• Meeting and greeting our guests, checking them in and out and carrying out guest satisfaction calls
• Reservations management through emails and other channels
• An understanding of Hotel System like a PMS will be beneficial but not a requirement as full training will be given
• Exceptional personal presence with employees and guests; highly engaged in day-to-day operation
• Work very closely with the company owners and senior members
• Strong work ethics
• Experience in reservations management is a plus!!! - option for a full year contract in reservations
