Join a dynamic team as a Sales Administrator, where you'll be managing client inquiries, creating detailed project timelines, preparing quotations and reports, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless execution of projects. The Key Responsibilities for this Sales Administrator role is to:
  • Manage projects of various scales, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project guidelines
  • Assist in the management and coordination of larger projects under the guidance of the Senior Key Account Executive
  • Prepare comprehensive offers for clients
  • Facilitate communication and coordination with suppliers, transportation companies, and external partners
  • Act as a primary point of contact for client communications, addressing inquiries and providing updates as needed
  • Prepare and organize participation documents for public tenders, ensuring compliance with all requirements
  • Provide essential secretarial support to the director and project managers of the sales department
  • Maintain project tracking sheets to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Utilize CRM (SAP experience is a plus) for customer service tasks, handling data entry, order processing, and reporting 
  • Collaborate effectively with other departments within the company to support sales department activities and initiatives

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The qualifications needed for this Sales Administrator role are:
  • University/college/IEK degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in project management or sales administration
  • excellent command of the Greek and English language
  • proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (knowledge of other CRM/ERP systems will be considered a plus)
