The Role
We are seeking an office administrator to join our team in Thessaloniki to be responsible for the day-to-day administration and operations of the office. The position is a great opportunity for a reliable, organised individual who will be able to prioritise workload to ensure efficient business and office operations. The ideal candidate will be able to manage administrative tasks, deal with visitors, support staff whilst maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining office equipment: Ensuring equipment is in good condition along with sufficient quantities and ordering when needed
- Handling daily email
- Assist the team with the recruitment / onboarding of new employees
- Prepare and edit documents, reports as required
- Ensuring the office is kept tidy and organised and adheres to health and safety guidelines
- Act as a point of contact for any staff inquiries / administrative tasks
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a related role such as e.g. administrator / office services assistant
- Reliable, professional with good time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and quickly find solutions
- Strong computer literacy and ability to draft emails
Office based at Mitropoleos, Thessaloniki 54621, Greece.
Full-time permanent, office based position Monday - Friday.
Annual salary up to 18,000€ based on experience plus benefits.
