Role purpose
The main responsibilities of the role are to oversee and develop the Vodafone prepaid promotional sales team. To provide training and guidance so as to lead the team of Hunters to outstanding performance in both quantitative and qualitative results (NPS) by coaching, training and monitoring the target setting of each member.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership
- Provides support, coaching and on-the-job training to employees in Hunters Team. Is responsible for monitoring the performance and providing the relevant and constant feedback
- Implementation of Prepay Vodafone strategy
- Communication with dealers/ franchisees on their teams
- Conducts in training sessions, meetings and on- the- job trainings in order to achieve outstanding performance through regular visits to spots, shops and market
