We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative with a customer - centric mindset and enthusiasm
for sales!
The role - Taking the wheel at Hertz
- CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT - Build relationships with
customers by creating a friendly, welcoming customer experience. Understand
their needs and guide them to the perfect rental solution.
- SALES ADVISORY - Showcase your sales skills to upsell
additional services and maximizing revenue, ensuring customers have everything
they need for a smooth journey.
- PROBLEM SOLVING - Be the hero in resolving any issues
or concerns that the customer might experience through their rental, turning
challenges into opportunities to exceed customer expectations.
- TEAMWORK - Collaborate with your colleagues to create
a positive and vibrant workplace. We're all in this together!
- VEHICLE ADMINISTRATION - Deliver and collect vehicle
in accordance to company’s procedures, to ensure rentable standard is met and
any additional damage is documented upon return.
Essential Requirements
- Your skills - What you’ll need for a great journey
- Passion for customer service,
with willingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction
- Enthusiastic, flexible and
positive attitude towards selling
- Proficient in English and
Greek. Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered as a
plus
- Valid
Driving license
- Willing to work on a shift
rotation basis.
