A dynamic food manufacturing company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner
Ioniki is looking for a highly impactful HR Business Partner, based at our site in Neohorouda - Oreokastro, Thessaloniki.
Role Description:
Become our brand ambassador and provide the strategic interface between Leaders and Followers. He or she embed a strategic approach to human operations development which will lead to further culture development and organizational design.
Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:
- Develop, update and implement personnel policies and procedures in compliance with standard HR practices, laws and regulations
- Support the COO to deliver the Transformation Plan so we meet our overall objectives
- Coach the managers throughout the entire employee life cycle – with focus on handling employee relations
- Facilitate effective communication channels between leaders and associates
- Maintains personnel files and drafts employment documentation which includes offer letters, change in work -related circumstances and other legally required documentation
- Suggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needs
- Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits
- Participate and present at company induction events
Job Requirements:
- University Degree and/or post-grad qualification in HR or HR related principles in Psychology
- Must have at least five (5) years relevant experience in similar roles
- Team builder with effective communication skills which are clear, fluent, concise, appropriate to the situation and are readily understood by all
- Establishes and maintains constructive, open and honest relationships with a wide range of people, achieving positive shared outcomes and sharing feedback
- Excellent organizational skills along with a strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
- Adopts a flexible and creative approach, redefining problems in the light of information gathered
- Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
