We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the property with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.
The position reports directly to the Managing Director of the company.
Responsibilities
- Successfully administer daily operations of the entire resort
- Maintain high attention to detail & exceptionally strong service standards
- Successfully lead HODs and hotel team members
- Oversee recruitment, orientation, training of all staff
- Manage, motivate and develop team members to achieve excellence
- Efficient coordination of departments and weekly staff programming
- Ensure continued conformity to all Health & Safety, ISO and legislative requirements
- Set up budgets and monitor revenue management
