Sales Executive

As a Sales Executive you will…
- Identify
and pursue new business opportunities targeting corporate clients, travel
agencies, event planners, and group bookings.
- Build
and maintain a strong professional network to boost sales and enhance brand
visibility.
- Participate
in sales trips, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and
attract new clients.
- Maintain
regular communication with existing clients, handling inquiries and offering
tailored recommendations.
- Develop
strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional hotel services (F&B, spa,
events) in coordination with the marketing team.
- Monitor
sales performance, generate reports, maintain CRM records, and provide insights
on market trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate
with operations to ensure seamless delivery of services and a high level of
customer satisfaction.
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is
preferred
- Proven
experience in hotel sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality
industry.
- Strong knowledge of the local and international hotel market,
including trends and competitors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiar with Opera or similar PMS
- Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales
tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional customer
service
