Supervisor - Car Rental Company

OK Mobility has over 10 years of experience in the Car Rental market, being a professional and trusty company,that provides a huge fleet of equipped vehicles, including the best and newest cars on the market

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and energetic people with customer and commercial orientation for our offices in Zakynthos for the season 2025.

The Key Responsibilities are:

• Provide excellent customer service to every single rental, while at the same time
• Advice and sale extra products according to their needs
• Excellent use of booking system
• Ability to follow up and resolve potential complaints
• Check-in and check-out of vehicles
• Excellent ability to lead the staff and take control of the office.

The Key Requirements are:

• Previous experience as a supervisor in sales
• Customer service and Sales experience
• English fluency-other languages will be equally appreciated
• Advanced in Microsoft office
• Experience in car rental system
• Driving license
