We are looking for an Account Manager to join our International Markets team. You will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them unlock the full potential of our solutions through consultative support, data-driven insights, and ongoing education. Your goal? To ensure our clients stay happy, engaged, and successful—while driving meaningful growth for Convert Group.
Your Key Responsibilities
🔹 Client Success Management
- Own the relationship with a portfolio of FMCG clients across international markets.
- Lead client onboarding and user training to drive product adoption and satisfaction.
- Actively monitor account health, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous product engagement.
- Deliver personalized Business Reviews and respond to client requests with efficiency and care.
- Minimize churn while identifying upselling and expansion opportunities.
- Collect and escalate product feedback, acting as the voice of the customer within the organization.
🔹 Retailer Engagement & Market Strategy
- Develop and nurture commercial relationships with key retailers, ensuring product-market fit.
- Support the Head of Market in crafting further account development and strategy definition.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Product, Analytics, Finance) to drive retailer strategy execution.
- Stay on top of retail trends within your assigned regions and contribute to governance meetings and strategic planning.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, market research, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts across varied industries and geographies.
- Confidence in educating executive-level users and building strong, lasting relationships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive mindset, ownership mentality, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint.
- Analytical thinking with a knack for numbers and data storytelling.
Nice to Have
- Visualization and storytelling skills for clear and engaging client narratives.
- Comfortable working in a digitally enabled and hybrid environment.
- Prior experience with analytics platforms or FMCG market insights.
