Workshop Supervisor

If yes, ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, LAMDA Motor Group S.A., an authorized distributor and car repairer, is seeking a Workshop Supervisor for its facilities in Athens.

• Knowledge of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (University or Technical degree preferred).
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a premium car brand.
• Experience in managing and leading teams to achieve group objectives.
• Proficiency in computer use.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Organizing and ensuring the efficient operation of the workshop.
• Customer communication and management.
• Staff management.
• Assigning and inspecting work to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Ensuring safety regulations are followed and providing recommendations where necessary.
• Achieving quantitative and qualitative targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Analyzing After-Sales KPIs.
