Turkish / English In-store Information Specialist (Athens)

MSPS is looking for a an experienced and enthousiastic Turkish speaker for an in-Store Information Specialist role, to join the front-line team of the most famous department store in the heart of Athens.

As a Store Information Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for valued customers and you will offer assistance, guidance, and information to ensure a seamless and enjoyable visit. With fluency in English, Turkish and Greek, this role plays a key part in serving a diverse clientele, particularly international visitors, by providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Rensponsibilities:

• Greet and interact with customers as they enter the store, creating a positive first impression and representing the brand with professionalism and friendliness
• Provide information about shop-in-shop locations, products, services and brands to customers, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly
• Stay informed about store promotions, events, and special offers to proactively share this information with customers or respond to relevant questions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and seamless daily operations on the entrance floor of the store

• Previous experience in customer service, ideally customer-facing roles within retail, hospitality, or similar fields
• Fluency in Turkish, English and Greek (additional language skills will be considered a plus)
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Willingness and ability to work according to the retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by department store operations
• Valid work permit for Greece
