Your Role as Consultant:
  • Partner with clients to develop and execute customized HR strategies.
  • Work on diverse projects with some of the top organizations in Greece & Cyprus.
  • Support projects in areas such as talent assessment & development centers and organizational transformation.
  • Contribute to high-impact programs, such as employee engagement surveys and leadership workshops.
  • Conduct analyses to identify key organizational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with our expert team to ensure exceptional client delivery and measurable outcomes.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

What We’re Looking For
  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in HR consulting, talent management, or similar roles.
  • A solid understanding of HR practices and tools, with the ability to apply them to real-world challenges.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
