Want2Work is a Dutch employment agency located in Zaltbommel. We have been operating in the market for 30 years, specializing in the recruitment of warehouse and production workers. Currently we are looking for new members to join our growing team in ID Logistics in Tilburg. 

About the Company:

ID Logistics Benelux was founded in 2013 in Tilburg, one of the biggest logistics hotspots in The Netherlands. Subsequently, the company has developed into a full 3PL player within the Benelux spread over 5 locations. Two locations in Tilburg (NL), one in Amsterdam (NL), one in Etten-Leur (NL)
and one in Willebroek (BE).

Job Positions available:

Order Picker - Picking and packaging of various products, e.g.electronics or pet food. The warehouse has many departments and depending on the availability of a given department, the type of products may vary. Using the hand scanner. Driving EPT when is needed.

Reach Truck Driver - Transporting pallets around the warehouse, loading/unloading. When needed, assisting with order picking, sorting parcels, assembling, etc. The reach truck lifts up to 10 meters.

The warehouse operates Monday to Saturday and in 2 shifts.

• Communicative knowledge of English due to the international nature of the company.
• We are looking for individuals with a driver's license.

• The work can be physically demanding.
• For the Reach Truck position, we are looking for individuals mostly with experience. For the EPT position, experience is also important.
• We are looking for individuals seeking long-term employment, who are flexible and ready to work in a team.

• Salary from 14,06 euro per hour
• Accommodation in double rooms, the price is up to 130 € per week incl water, electricity, gas and internet. 
• Bonuses for working early mornings, evenings/nights, and weekends, as well as additional bonuses for those working in cold storage or freezers.
• Wages depend on experience, project, work shifts, and conditions.
• First payment after the initial 2 weeks, followed by weekly payments.
• Transportation to work and from work is free, it is arranged by us, you can either receive a car or a bicycle, depending on the work location. 
• We help you with your registration in the Netherlands.
