Operations Job Description:
- Process and Confirm B2B and B2C Reservations via email and on web platforms.
- Enter Data on System of Reservations.
- Process and Curate the Operations of each individual or group reservation.
- Communicate efficiently with all Suppliers & Accommodation.
- Collaborate with Team Members reassuring excellency during execution of reservation.
- Manage last minute Changes and Updates.
- Manage calls from partners and clients and respond to any Queries.
Skills & Experience We Look for:
- Minimum 2 Years’ Experience in same/ relative position.
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Excellent Computer Literacy on MS Office.
- Excellent use of the Internet.
- Basic Cost Control Skills.

- Time Management & Organization skills.
