Operations Agent

TAG ATHENS, a travel agency located in the center of Athens, specialising in English-speaking day tours, is looking for an Operations Agent (Part-time) to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily tour operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and overseeing daily tour operations (including performing check-in)
• Managing reservations and updating booking systems
• Communicating with guides, drivers, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Handling last-minute changes, customer requests, refund requests, and problem resolution
• Efficiently promoting and selling our tourism products and services
• Assisting with administrative and office support tasks

Requirements:

• Experience in the tourism industry or a similar role is preferred
• Proficiency in English
• Comfortable using reservation systems and handling administrative tasks
• A customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Sales-driven approach with the ability to effectively promote and sell our products

• Schedule: 5 days per week (part-time).
