The role
The Assistant Spa Manager is responsible for the daily operation of the assigned spa and spa shop in cooperation with the Spa Manager.
Main Responsibilities

To assist with all day to day spa operation and to act as lead manager in absence of the Spa Manager

To ensure all operations are in full compliance with the local health and safety codes

To implement and monitor workplace safety standards, lead by example and encourage a safe work environment

To assist with the monitoring and recording of all store sales, costs, payroll and profits according to store procedures, as assigned by the Spa Manager

To ensure all client requirements are answered in a professional, correct and efficient manner always promoting personalized services. To monitor quality control in all aspects of operation

To promote and participate in marketing activities

To assist with staff orientation, training, performance evaluation and disciplinary processes

To monitor all spa inventory and place orders as required
