The Confectionery Corporation "ROSHEN" (Ukraine, Kyiv) is one of the largest confectionery producers in the world. In the global ranking "Candy Industry TOP 100" ("100 Largest Companies in the Confectionery Business"), the company ranks in the TOP-25. "ROSHEN" produces more than 350 types of confectionery products: chocolates, chocolate candies, caramel and jelly candies, biscuits, rolls and dry pastries, wafers. The total production volume exceeds 450,000 tons annually. The annual turnover is over 1 billion USD. The company's products are sold in more than 70 countries.

"Sweets Distribution Roshen" Μ ΕΠΕ. operates as the official importer and distributor of "ROSHEN" brand products in the Hellenic Republic.

As a result of the growing workload and the need to improve the quality of service to our clients, "Sweets Distribution Roshen" Μ ΕΠΕ  is looking to hire a Logistics and Administrative coordinator.

Description of responsibilities:

1. Organizes and coordinates delivery of goods to the clients:

  • Accepts and processes orders from clients;
  • Monitoring the status of shipments and delivery to the clients
  • Resolving issues and invoicing

2. Organizes and coordinates the flow of goods from suppliers:

  • Overseeing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock without overstocking
  • Monthly plans the inventory levels and order the goods
  • Monitoring the status of shipments and delivery from the suppliers

3. Collects, organize and store accounting documentation:

  • Performs primary control of the cost
  • Collects all expenditure documents
  • Submits accounting documents to outsourcing accountant company on a monthly basis
  • Reconciliation and arrangement of mutual settlements of debts with customers and suppliers
  • Prepares reports for the management team

4. Works with company EPR System:

  • Maintains and updates inventory nomenclature
  • Entry new customers and service providers
  • Entering the product shelf life
  • Enters primary accounting documents (invoices from service providers, goods suppliers and other)
  • Enters all expenditure documents according to internal management rules

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:

  • Finance/Economics graduate
  • Experience in relationships with clients
  • Strong Customer service skills
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Basic accounting knowledge and experience
  • High-quality and correct performance of the assigned tasks related to the position held
  • Accuracy and correctness of entered data
  • Excellent work organization and planning skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
  • Professional user of Microsoft Excel, Word
  • Understanding of the general principles of FMCG operations, FMCG markets for Hellenic Republic, will be an advantage
  • An independent problem-solver
