Role Description
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of human resources management, including payroll and employment law compliance, employee recruitment/employment, benefits administration, compensation, performance management, policy implementation and employee relations. The executive must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill and the business needs.
