Customer Service Assistant (Ordering Dpt)
Job Description
• Daily order taking from customers
• Sends order confirmations
• Coordinates logistics
• Prepares monthly sales reports and updates sales lists
• Assists the clients with queries and questions
• Interacts with other departments (Warehouse/Logistics, Sales, Finance etc) as necessary to meet client’s needs
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• University degree in Business Administration/Finance/Accounting or related field
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a similar position
• Excellent command of English language, written and oral
• Results Oriented, Discretion and Confidentiality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer centric approach
• Excellent Computer Literacy/MS Office (especially Excel)
