Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate, real-time data entry in both external (ERGANI) and internal HRIS (Exelsys) systems.
- Oversee HRIS (Exelsys) operations, generate HR metrics, and present insights to the HR Manager/VP of People & Culture.
- Execute various HR functions, including ΕΦΚΑ, bank references, bonus, and salary increase letters.
- Maintain detailed personnel records (qualifications, training, employment history, disciplinary actions) in Exelsys, ensuring GDPR compliance.
- Provide data and reports for Group Health and Life Insurance programs.
- Assist in developing mid-year and year-end presentations for the VP of People & Culture.
- Support recruitment processes from job postings to interview scheduling and reference checks.
- Manage Health & Safety documentation, ensuring compliance, and liaise with managers regarding safety protocols.
- Maintain confidential employee files and process necessary documentation.
- Contribute to payroll by gathering relevant data, supporting the HR Manager/VP of People & Culture.
- Uphold payroll and HR compliance policies and standards.
- Collaborate with HR to ensure full alignment with employment law, security protocols, and best practices.
- Foster a performance-oriented culture, promoting accountability and team development.
- Prepare and submit materials for HR award considerations.
- Support HR in organizing internal events like Town Halls, holiday gatherings, and CSR initiatives.
