On behalf of our client, a vibrant restaurant in a hotel located in Limassol, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join a Mediterranean-inspired dining experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare dishes according to pre-set specifications before and during kitchen operations, ensuring accuracy in portion sizes and maintaining high quality in every serving.
- Proper management and use of all kitchen tools, including knives, slicers, whisks, pots, pans, steamers, grills, and ovens.
- Ensure all ingredients and dishes are fresh, of high quality, and stored at the correct temperatures.
- Receive deliveries from suppliers, perform quality checks, and verify order accuracy.
- Adhere to all health and hygiene regulations, maintaining cleanliness and order at the workstation.
- Follow waste control guidelines and record all waste in the designated tracking system.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating new and exciting dishes to refresh the menu.
