Sales Support and Operations Agent (Thessaloniki)

Job Description

  • Handles pending contract tasks unrelated to direct sales, such as procedural matters (e.g., updates, documentation, declarations, meter readings, etc.)
  • Communicates with pending task lists to alleviate the workload of sales agents and maintain the team’s productivity
  • Provides updates on changes from the billing department and manages daily tasks unrelated to new sales
  • Manages Voice Orders for completed contracts, ensuring timely communication to finalize sales
  • Processes customer-specific administrative requests (e.g., product changes) to streamline operations
  • Handles incoming calls with prioritization over sales agents, focusing on inquiries related to contract progress, support referrals, and efficient call redirection to minimize delays and optimize team workflow
  • Participates in company’s trainings

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • At least 1 – 3 years of work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree would be an asset
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of the Italian or any other language will be an asset
  • Communication skills both oral and written
