On behalf of our client, an international land development and property management company based in Larnaca, we are looking to hire a Project Manager who will be responsible for managing engineering projects and ensuring they meet the company's goals, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. This role involves managing and implementing technical solutions, improving processes, and collaborating across departments to drive innovation and optimize performance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution.
- Develop project timelines and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Conduct regular project reviews, addressing challenges and implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
Technical Expertise & Innovation
- Provide technical expertise to support product development, manufacturing, and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Propose innovative solutions to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure that engineering activities comply with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Implement quality control measures and oversee testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with regulatory teams to ensure projects meet local, national, and international standards.
Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work closely with Product, Operations, and Quality Assurance teams to align engineering efforts with company goals.
- Support the Sales and Customer Support teams by providing technical knowledge and solutions to client inquiries.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure project requirements and technical specifications are well understood and met.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including design specifications, test results, and progress reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, highlighting project status, risks, and potential improvements.
- Ensure all engineering documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
