The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible to:

• Manage and maintain accurate stock levels, ensuring proper inventory control.
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, tracking deliveries and resolving delays.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with 3PL providers to ensure timely processing and shipping.
• Monitor and enforce service level agreements (SLAs) with logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including customs and safety regulations.
• Act as the main contact between the company and 3PL providers, addressing any operational issues.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies, damaged goods, and order inaccuracies.
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track logistics performance metrics (KPIs) such as on-time delivery and warehouse efficiency.
• Participate in SAP logistics projects, acting as a key user for system improvements.

The ideal candidate for the Warehouse Coordinator position should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
• Analytical skills

• Minimum of 3 years experience in supply chain processes, specifically warehousing
