We’re looking for a Brunch Chef with a passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients
and the ability to craft bold, flavorful dishes that redefine the brunch
experience.
Your Mission
As Brunch Chef, you’ll take charge of the morning and
midday service, ensuring that every dish served is healthy, exciting, and
beautifully presented.
You Will:
- Lead Brunch Service –
Oversee kitchen operations during breakfast & brunch hours, ensuring smooth
execution from prep to plating. Manage ingredient deliveries, storage, and
overall kitchen efficiency during the early shift.
- Develop & Innovate the Brunch Menu – Create an iconic and artful
brunch menu that seamlessly blends Mediterranean influences with global
flavors. Offer a well-balanced selection of nutritious, wholesome dishes
alongside indulgent specialties, with a special focus on satisfying egg
enthusiasts.
- Ensure Quality & Consistency – Maintain high standards in
presentation, flavor, and execution, ensuring every dish aligns with Mykonos
Brunch Club’s vision.
- One-Man Mission – Take full ownership of the morning service, ensuring
a smooth and efficient operation, managing prep, plating, and execution
independently while upholding the highest standards.
- Uphold Kitchen Standards – Maintain high levels of hygiene,
cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
