Barista / Barman

We are currently seeking to recruit for the 2025 season for the position of:

Barista/Barman

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at all times by name
• Deep knowledge of all food and drinks menus across the hotel
• Ensure the smooth operation of the shift through customer focused service delivery
• Keep a high Standard of personal hygiene and appearance
• Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Demonstrate service attributes in accordance with company standards
• Prepares coffee, drinks and cocktails by following recipes

Requirements:

• Experience in a 5* luxury/boutique hotel environment
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Knowledge of an additional language will be considered an asset
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
