Your main purpose
Mission: As a restaurant Manager, you will design food and beverage experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.
Management: Coordinate daily restaurant management operations. Organize and supervise employees' shifts. Train the restaurant team on proper customer service practices in cooperation with the F&B managers. Communicate to the Chef any issues regarding food quality or special requests. Appraise employees’ performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.\
Requirements:
- Friendly and passionate personality, capable of seeing value in everyone and everything
- Relevant Supervisory or Management Experience
- Degree / Diploma in Hospitality/ Tourism
- Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction, handling complaints, and ensuring a high-quality dining experience
- Familiarity with day-to-day operations, including food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and restaurant software
