As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating lasting impressions and ensuring their stay is unforgettable.
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Guest Services: Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Reservations: Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring accurate records and maximizing occupancy.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties, including data entry, report generation, and financial transactions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Protel PMS and/or other relevant computer systems and software.
- A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills preferred.
