Asty Mykonos Hotel & Spa, is currently seeking to recruit for the above project in Mykonos, professional for the position of

BARMAN / BARISTA - MYKONOS

(Code: BAR - MYK)

Responsibilities: 

• Implementation on a daily basis of the operation procedures of the department
• Maximize Hotel Food & Beverage Sales
• Great attention to detail
• Offering upscale customer service

• 2-3 years’ minimum experience as a Barman or Barista in a Luxury Boutique Hotel or a Restaurant
• Basic principles of BARTENDING & MIXOLOGY are required
• General knowledge of Wine Basics & Food Pairing is valuable
• In depth knowledge of F&B Quality Service SOPS is crucial
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential
• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset
• Previous experience on POS & Micros systems is more than welcomed
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic, with natural ability and confidence to sell/promote
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Problem solving skills
• Well-groomed with strong interpersonal skills
