Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

The main responsibilities of the Fleet Sales Manager: 
  • Raise brand awareness of tyres and SuperTruck network.
  • Promote and monitor the services.
  • Identify and qualify potential fleet customers through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Negotiate terms and agreements with fleet customers to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships between fleets and our partner dealers in the responsible area.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve products and services based on customers (fleets) needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in fleet management companies.
  • Provide regular sales reports, and updates to the Southeastern Europe management team.


The ideal candidate for the position of a Fleet Sales Manager will be expected to possess the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree would be a plus.
  • Extroverted and computational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and customers and fleets preferences.
  • Competence in using technology for communication and daily work (MS Teams, Excel, Word).
  • Ability & Willingness to work both remotely and in the field.
  • Strong experience in door 2 door sales.
  • Good knowledge of English in writing and verbal.
  • Sales and Negotiation Skills.
  • Valid driver’s license
