We are looking for a Sales Representative.
Our client is a well-known company that provides confectionery raw materials.
The candidate will be responsible for the smooth management and supervision of existing customer base and is required to expand the clientele in his area of responsibility through the development of new partnerships and further development of the product range.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and development of sales in his area of responsibility
- Continuous evaluation of existing customer base (Pastry/Bakery dealers, Oven, Delicatessen)
- Implementation of Bakery, Gelato, Food Services development plan and direct collaboration with the respective Channel Managers
- Management of B2B partnerships and development of product range in existing and new clientele
- Achievement of quantitative, numerical and qualitative targets
- Expansion and Development of Clientele
- Financial Agreement Management and Collection
- Competition recording (Prices - Promotions)
- Recording of daily activities via CRM application
- Correct management of order recording and sales comparative data recording systems
- Collaboration with secretarial and distribution departments
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, Marketing or related field will be considered as a plus
- Good knowledge of the local market and competitors
- An existing network of contacts/customers in the bakery and confectionery sector is desirable
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Communication and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to manage time and priorities
- Excellent knowledge of Greek language and good command of English
- Good use of Microsoft Office
- Ability to travel outside the headquarters (domestic - international)
