Responsibilities

As an Office Receptionist, your main duties will be to:

  • Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring all areas, including pantries and restrooms, are well-maintained and stocked with essential supplies.
  • Manage office inventory, including stationery, print consumables, and other supplies, to ensure availability for employees.
  • Interact effectively with employees, vendors, and external visitors.
  • Coordinate mail, courier, and delivery services, ensuring efficient distribution and collection processes.
  • Support the organization of meetings and events, including catering arrangements and ensuring AV equipment is fully operational.
  • Assist with visitor management, including issuing access passes and coordinating building entry for external guests.
  • Act as a point of contact for vendors, maintenance personnel, and service providers, ensuring smooth facility operations.
  • Support security procedures by coordinating with relevant teams on access control, alarm testing, and emergency response protocols.
  • Assist in managing parking permits for employees and visitors in alignment with company policies.
  • Facilitate the processing of office-related invoices and expenses in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and escalating issues when necessary.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

For this Office Receptionist, role, you should have the following :

  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
  • Previous experience in office coordination, administrative support, or facilities management within a corporate environment is preferred

  • Excellent command of business English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office technology.
  • Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems and the ability to learn and adapt to new software tools.
