Responsibilities
As an Office Receptionist, your main duties will be to:
- Oversee the cleanliness and upkeep of office spaces, ensuring all areas, including pantries and restrooms, are well-maintained and stocked with essential supplies.
- Manage office inventory, including stationery, print consumables, and other supplies, to ensure availability for employees.
- Interact effectively with employees, vendors, and external visitors.
- Coordinate mail, courier, and delivery services, ensuring efficient distribution and collection processes.
- Support the organization of meetings and events, including catering arrangements and ensuring AV equipment is fully operational.
- Assist with visitor management, including issuing access passes and coordinating building entry for external guests.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors, maintenance personnel, and service providers, ensuring smooth facility operations.
- Support security procedures by coordinating with relevant teams on access control, alarm testing, and emergency response protocols.
- Assist in managing parking permits for employees and visitors in alignment with company policies.
- Facilitate the processing of office-related invoices and expenses in collaboration with internal teams.
- Provide general administrative and operational support, ensuring the workplace runs efficiently and escalating issues when necessary.
