The Nomad Mykonos
Hotel, a member of The Bohemians Concept, is seeking staff for its Mykonos
location for the 2025 tourist season.
Position Responsibilities:
- Managing check-in and check-out procedures
and maintaining guest accounts
- Cash register management during assigned
shifts
- Daily review of pre-arrival reservations
and pre-departure account checks
- Handling guest requests and providing
excellent customer service
- Providing concierge services
- Communicating with other departments to
ensure seamless guest service
- Operating the telephone switchboard
- Continuously updating the work log
(logbook)
- Maintaining electronic operational
records
- Managing emails related to guest arrivals
and pre-arrival letters
Required Qualifications:
- A degree in Tourism or relevant
certifications will be highly valued
- Previous experience in a similar role
within a 5-star boutique hotel
- Excellent written and verbal
communication skills in English
- Proficiency in PMS software (experience
with Pylon PMS is a plus)
- Experience in managing and reconciling
guest accounts
- Cash handling skills
- Strong multitasking and time management
abilities
- Pleasant and communicative personality
with sharp thinking, professional ethics, and a willingness to work in a team
and enhance knowledge
- Basic knowledge of Office tools (Word,
Excel, and Outlook) and email management
