Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Key Account Manager some of your main tasks will include:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients, such as baby goods stores.
  • Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt sales tactics.
  • Manage and develop relationships with existing key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts, prices, and promotional agreements with key retailers.
  • Develop customized sales plans for strategic clients to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key clients regarding problem-solving and service improvement.
  • Provide product training and sales support to internal teams and clients to enhance product knowledge and market position.
  • Analyze sales performance, financial reports, and market data to make strategic decisions.
  • Manage internal systems to monitor and optimize sales performance and forecasting.
  • Work closely with finance, marketing, and supply chain departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide regular reports and analyses to management regarding sales performance and market dynamics.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.

The ideal candidate for the position of  Key Account Manager will be expected to have the following:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and key account management in the baby products or FMCG industry.
  • Experience working with baby goods stores is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and be results-oriented.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Greek retail market and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent knowledge of Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Availability for travel.

At least 3 years of key account management experience in the baby products or FMCG industry.
