Job Brief and Purpose:

The candidate is responsible for ensuring that the F&B operation in our different outlets are to the highest standard. With a detailed knowledge of Akau restaurant menu and its concepts, you will carry out duties as directed by your managers, with a professional approach towards our guests and other employees.

• Physically fit as the job involves manual labour over long hours
