We are looking to hire an Administration Assistant (HR & Finance) for Thessaloniki.
Type of employment: Full time
Main Duties
- Execute administrative and legal related tasks, under supervision of the Admin/Log
- Follow up of project accountancy and is responsible for cash transactions
- Classify and prepare all accounting documents as requested by the donor
- Enter data into the HR database and update the personnel files
- Do the employees contract follow up for any contract renewals
- File CVs and take part in the selection process of candidates for announced positions Other duties
- Strengthening the WAHA identity, values and principles by reflecting, discussing and contributing to the advocacy mandate
- Ensuring good cooperation between the administration and logistics department for the procedures to run smoothly
- Make sure that all information regarding to HR and finance procedures are communicated to the people concerned
- Following any other instructions relevant to the mission from the Field Coordinator and the Admin/Log Coordinator
