As a Quality Electrical Engineer your main responsibilities are:

• Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and protocols for electrical systems and components
• Conduct thorough inspections and tests to identify and address any quality issues or deviations from standards
• Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously improve product quality and reliability
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to specifications and regulatory requirements
• Investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Provide technical expertise and support to resolve quality-related concerns raised by internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (Master's degree considered a plus)
• 1-3 proven experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, standards, and best practices
• Previous academic background in power systems or high voltage systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
