Position Summary:

We are currently seeking for a Front Desk Receptionist for season 2025 April-October. The Front Desk Receptionist provides basic office support by handling a wide variety of administrative functions. The person holding this position should be able to ensure the smooth running of the Front Desk and assist to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations.

The specifics of the role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors/associates/partners
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Deal with incoming/outgoing daily mail/deliveries
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, administer meeting room bookings
  • Handling call center; screening and re-directing calls
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Maintain the order within the area of responsibility
  • Provide attentive and personalized service ensuring that guest’s requests are fullfield promptly

Prerequisities

  • Some experience as a secretary /executive assistant is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent writing and communication skill in both Greek and English language required
  • Familiar with MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
  • Multi-tasking and Organizational skills
  • Demonstrates ability to resolve problems timely and effectively
