Responsibilities- Greet and escort guests with a professional and positive attitude
- Work with the hotel team recruit, supervise and train restaurant staff, including waiters, hosts/hostesses how to create experience for guests.
- Oversee the flow of guests within the restaurant.
- Maintain and ensure cleanliness and well-organized dining room, overseeing the arrangement of tables, lighting, music, cleanliness, hygiene standards in the dining area.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens and train staff to do as well.
- Oversee, pro-actively deal and address customer complaints or issues promptly
- Act as a liaison between kitchen and service staff to resolve any operational challenges.
- Conduct performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate and manage special events, private parties, and functions, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
- Advise guests on menus & beverage choices.
- Knowledge & correct adherence to HACCP-ISO procedures
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ensures that all F&B departments are properly stocked and that products orders are processed according to budget
- Collaborate with the Front Office department, the CHEF, the F&B Manager and be informed about customer arrivals, guest allergies and/or dietary needs for special meals
- Point of Sales management and maintenance
