Your main responsibilities
- Prepare a Variety of Baked Goods: This includes cakes, cookies, pies, bread, and other pastries.
- Create new desserts to keep the menu fresh and engaging for guests.
- Use different icings, toppings, and techniques to ensure beautiful presentation.
- Monitor and order ingredients, supplies, and equipment to ensure everything is fresh and available..
- Ensure that all baking equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
- Guide and train kitchen employees, especially those working in the pastry section.
- Adhere to sanitation and food safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
