Business Development Agent (Thessaloniki)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research to identify potential leads and emerging opportunities

Engage with prospects through cold calling, emails, and networking to generate interest in our services

Qualify leads through effective needs analysis and understanding client requirements

Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients

Maintain an organized database of leads and follow-up activities using CRM software

Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies for outreach and engagement

Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to team goals

Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position the company

Requirements:

Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a recruitment or B2B environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and trust quickly

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets

Excellent listening and negotiation skills

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
