Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
• Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
• Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
• Interview candidates and create shortlists out of longlists
• Prepare the communication for all the recruitment activities
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contract details
• Report drafting for higher levels
• Contribute to key HR projects

Qualifications

The qualifications for this Talent Acquisition Specialist position are:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field is a must have
• Master’s degree in Human Resources Management will be considered as an asset
